Our Origin
Shining Minds Foundation was born from a deep belief that learning, growth, and connection should never have an expiration date. Founded by a dedicated group of educators, parents, and advocates, we came together with one goal: to create a space where individuals with developmental needs can continue to thrive — not just in early years, but throughout their lives.

At Shining Minds Foundation Inc., our mission is to provide inclusive, creative, and empowering opportunities for individuals with developmental needs through hands-on learning, meaningful social connections, and real-world skill-building. We are dedicated to creating safe and welcoming environments where every individual can grow, express themselves, and thrive. We recognize that many individuals fall through the cracks of traditional systems and insurance coverage - not because they lack potential, but because they lack access. Our mission is to bridge that gap with heart and purpose, offering programs that reach those who have been overlooked, underserved, or turned away. Through the guidance of passionate instructors and community support, we aim to make sure no one is left behind.
Our Programs
At Shining Minds Foundation, our programs are designed to grow with the individuals and families we serve. Our top priority is providing financial support for developmental programs and community-based services for individuals who no longer qualify for traditional coverage or state-funded programs — because developmental progress shouldn’t be limited by age or insurance status. We also invest in community grants and inclusive events that promote connection, empowerment, and growth. Whether it’s funding therapy hours or organizing sensory-friendly gatherings, we’re committed to creating spaces where individuals can continue to shine and thrive.
